Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. for your health care provider. Our financial policy is simple:

• All copays are due at time of appointment;
• All self-pay accounts are payable at the time of service;
• We accept assignment of insurance benefits for all insurances.

The balance is your responsibility. You will receive a statement regarding your balance after insurance has paid. This amount is due upon receipt of the statement.

We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
